Summer Muesli

Ingredients to serve 1:

1/4 cup rolled oats

2 tsp chia seeds

1 tsp flaxseed

4 almonds, chopped

6 raspberries

1/2 cup coconut yoghurt

Milk, lactose free or soy protein milk

 

Method:

In a bowl mix together all dry ingredients. 

Add yoghurt and milk and place raspberries on the top.


Enjoy! 

 

Note that this is a low FODMAP recipe so is suitable for those on the low fodamp diet
