Dukka served with sourdough, olive oil and balsamic

Ingredients:

20 almonds 

2 tbs sesame seeds

1 tsp cumin seeds

1 tsp linseeds

1/4tsp salt

1 tsp sumac 

4 slices of traditional sourdough, sliced into soldiers

3 tbs olive oil

3 tbs balsamic vinegar 

 

Method: 

1. in a food processor, blend up almonds, sesame seeds, cumin, salt and sumac

2. Mix balsamic with olive oil in a small bowl.

3. Serve dukka with bread and balsamic/olive oil mix
