Sourdough bread  

Home baked sourdough bread will change your life. Ok, it won't really change your life, but you'll wake up excited to check your starter. watching her grow and bubble up. And that smell, home baked bread. And that crunch, oh it's heavenly. So I've tried multiple methods and techniques to try and perfect sourdough. This is my favourite and I've got to thank Kate Meadows for that!

You will find that each sourdough is slightly different so you've just got to roll with it.  Enjoy :)
