Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients for 1:

8 strawberries (you can use frozen ones for a thicker product)

100g coconut yoghurt

1/3 frozen firm banana 

 

To serve:

1 passionfruit pulp 

Sprinkle of chia seeds

Sprinkle of desiccated coconut

 

 

Method:

1. In a food processor pulse strawberries, yoghurt and banana

2. Pour in a bowl and serve with passionfruit, coconut and chia seeds

 

 

 

Info for those with IBS on the low FODMAP diet:

125g coconut yoghurt is low FODMAP - just e sure there's no inulin (I used the @nakulaorganic passionfruit version)

1/3 banana ripe is low FODMAP or 1 unripe banana is low FODMAP. Freeze when unripe and you can include more

2 passionfruit is low FODMAP but contains olgio fructans which is also found in the banana so ensure to keep portions down. E.g. 1/2 serve of each

Strawberries are low FODMAP 

A Sprinkle of chia seeds and coconut should be tolerated by most people  with IBS
