Peanut butter, banana and coconut yoghurt

Ingredients for 1:

100g coconut yoghurt + 1 tsp to serve

1/3 banana

2 tsp peanut butter + 1 tsp to serve

1 tsp maple syrup 

 

Method: 

1. Blend all ingredients in food processor until smooth

2. Serve with an extra spoon of peanut butter and coconut yoghurt 

 

 

Note for those with IBS on the low FODMAP diet:

125g coconut yoghurt is low FODMAP 

1/3 ripe banana is low FODMAP 

2 tbs peanut butter is low FODMAP 

Maple syrup is low FODMAP .
