Perfectly imperfect bowl of yumminess! Pickled carrot, ginger and radish, marinated tofu, steamed spinach, quinoa and an avo-lime-coriander dressing! This is a high fibre, high protein and nutrient dense lunch for the first day of spring :)
Sushi - vego style
Sushi is one of my favourite meals and snacks - this is a low FODMAP version with tofu, avocado, carrot, cucumber and capsicum. I love it served with pickled ginger and wasabi.
