Fruit salad with yoghurt 

Ingredients to serve 1:

4 strawberries

10 blueberries

1/3 orange

1 kiwi fruit 

200g Greek Yoghurt or 125g Coconut yoghurt 

 

Method:

Roughly chop all fruit and serve with the yoghurt 

 

In the above quantity this fruit salad is low fodmap. 
Note that keep fruit to 1 serve or 1 cup per sitting :)
