Berry, Lime and Mint Smoothie 



1 cup of mixed berries (20 max blueberries and a few strawberries)

Half a lime, squeezed

8 mint leaves

100g coconut yoghurt



Blitz in a blender until combined

125g coconut yoghurt is low FODMAP

20 blueberries is low FODMAP 

Lime is low FODMAP

Mint is low FODMAP
