Banana Choc Milkshake 



1/3 ripe banana

1 cup lactose free milk or soy protein milk 

1 tsp maple syrup 

1/2 tsp cinnamon 

2 small scoops chocolate soy ice cream 

1 tsp vanilla essence



Blend all ingredients together in food processor/ blender until smooth 


Low FODMAP info for those with IBS:

1/3 ripe banana is low FODMAP

Maple Syrup is low FODMAP 

Soy protein ice cream is low FODMAP (So Good)
