Jenna is the owner and director of The Nutrition Centre and an Accredited Practicing Dietitian. In the past six years she has specialised in nutritional consultancy, coaching thousands of individuals and helping them achieve their health-related goals.

Jenna has experience in many areas of nutrition and, since being diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), has developed a special interest in food intolerances. Jenna also has expertise in healthy vegetarian and vegan eating. Click the link below to find out more about IBS and vego eating.


Jenna is passionate about wholefoods and loves sharing with others the benefits of good nutrition. There's a lot of evidence to suggest diet can assist in general health and well-being, as well as the prevention of chronic conditions.

In her spare time, Jenna enjoys cooking, photography, exploring the great outdoors and playing competitive sports like Oztag and touch football. Jenna loves catching up with her loved ones, trying new cafes and bars and loves nothing more than a picnic with a view.
